2806172 - Quick-Create Button (Plus Icon) Missing Inside Documents

You are missing the Quick-Create Button (Plus Icon) from within a document.

SAP Cloud for Customer

The issue is reproducible from within several documents, in this example we are using Leads.

1. Go to the Sales work centre.
2. Go to the Leads view.
3. Open any Lead.
4. There is no Quick-Create Button (Plus Icon) at the bottom left of the document object TI.

The option to create objects from within documents is turned off for either all users, or for your business role.

The functionality is controlled by Company settings and can be set per business role. To turn the function on or off, follow below steps as system admin:

1. Click your user icon.
2. Click Settings.
3. Select Company Settings.
4. Chose either Company or Business Role.
5. If you selected Business Role, enter the relevant role.
6. For the option 'Enable Easy Create from Object Detail View', select 'Yes'.
7. Save your settings.

You will have to refresh the system for the new selection to be effective for your user(s).
