  • You are using SAP Contact Center (Communication Desktop (CDT))
  • While CDT is in the background (not in focus) the incoming calls are expected to be alerted via the so called notification (AKA balloon or Bubble)
  • Either no notification is triggered or clicking the notification from the Notification Center does not work
