Symptom
Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
- You are using SAP Contact Center (Communication Desktop (CDT))
- While CDT is in the background (not in focus) the incoming calls are expected to be alerted via the so called notification (AKA balloon or Bubble)
- Either no notification is triggered or clicking the notification from the Notification Center does not work
