Symptom
After the Universal RBP Migration, if you go to Manage Users and click on any record you will not be able to add/edit/delete any since there is no such option.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Reproducing the Issue
- Access to your system
- Go to Manage Users
- Click on any listed record
- You will see a window showing no option to add/edit/remove users
Resolution
You need to submit an case under the component LOD-SF-PLT-RBP so that Cloud Product Support can proceed and fix this issue. Kindly provide the following information on the ticket:
- Affected CompanyID
- Admin Support Access to the affected CompanyID
