2807226 - SAP HOST AGENT is not able to read rsecssfx - SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

While performing a SAP Hostagent based ASE, the upgrade failed to start the upgrade itself as the SAP Host Agent isn't able to read the rsecssfx password store of the 742.

[PID 4311] RSEC_SSFS_DATAPATH = /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/<SID>/security/rsecssfs/data
[PID 4311] ERROR: retrieving DB_CONNECT/SYB/DR_USER from secure storage failed 1, Record with key "DB_CONNECT/SYB/DR_USER" not found in secure storage.
[PID 4311] sec store access rc 1.

The rsecssfx store is well maintained.
