Symptom

Goods Issue of non-EWM relevant delivery (VL02N) displays error 'Static credit check: credit limit exceeded &1 &2 (Message No. V1150)'. The same is expected to occur on EWM relevant delivery queue (BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC), but the check does not happens.
