2807328 - Missing Field for Report Navigation

You are trying to add a field to report navigation, but you cannot find the field listed in the target report fields list.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Reports.
3. Search the report you would like to create the report navigation for.
4. Select the report and select New, Report Navigation.
5. Add the navigation name.
6. Add the view.
7. Add the source report.
8. Select ok.
9. Now add the field you require in target report fields list.
10. The field is not listed.

This is because these are master data fields which were added via the Add Fields feature. Such data fields cannot be used in the report navigation.

This is an extra feature that is limited to reports only. It is not available in navigation for reports.

This is the standard system behavior.
