2807362 - Different email body depending on the number of threshold - Calibration

The system is sending out a generic message for "Notify Calibration Participants of Session Finalization" instead of the one that should be sent out.

Email body you've customized in E-mail Notification Template settings for "Notify Calibration Participants of Session Finalization email notification" will vary depends on the threshold you specified.

This email content is working as design. This is hard coded with no template. However, this email has a pop-up and sender can modify the content before pushing through the email notification.

For your setting with subject count more than the threshold, system runs a job to finalize the session, as a result the email will be different or will not display the customized email body.

Currently, it is a system limitation to pull up the customized template for the email notification when more than the assigned limit or threshold has been triggered. You can share your ideas via Customer Influence Portal for our Product Management team to review it and rest assured they would get back to you with a suitable update.
