Search for the Business Catalog in Business Catalogs app.

SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2-System Landscape:
The Business Catalog SAP_CORE_BC_EXT_TST is used for Extensibility Customizing which you can only do in your Quality Tenant then transport the change to the Productive Tenant. As a result, SAP_CORE_BC_EXT_TST only exists in your Quality tenant.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 3-System Landscape:
The Business Catalog SAP_CORE_BC_EXT_TST is used for Extensibility Customizing and is available only in your Development System (Customizing Tenant).

SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2-System Landscape:
Standard behavior. This business catalog should not be used in productive tenant, and should only be assigned in test tenant.
