2807541 - MIGO return delivery not allowed for hospital-specific transactions

Symptom

Beside the cancellation function, the SAP MM (Materials Management) module also provides the option of returning materials to a vendor or to the storage location, for example, in the case of a defect.
You use the Return Delivery function in transaction MIGO for a material consumption that you entered in IS-H using transaction NMM5 or NMM7. Afterwards, you observe inconsistent behavior such as:

  1. NMM5 - After a partial return delivery, service rule R24 deletes the service that was connected to the consumed material, but does not create a new service with the correct consumption quantity.

  2. NMM7 - The returned quantity does not appear in the consumption documentation of transaction NMMC1.
