How to allow users to be able to read applicants' answers to screening questions.

Recruiting users with appropriate permissions to the questionResponse field will see a Screening Details section on the application page, listing all the applicant’s responses to the pre-screen questions.

To define the questionResponse field in the Job Application template, please follow these steps:

1. Go to "Manage Templates";
2. Select the "Recruiting Management" tab;
3. Click "Job Applicantion";
4. Select the template you would like to perform the changes;
5. Click "Fields defined. Click to modify.";
6. Click "Add - Add standard field" and configure the field.
• In Field-ID, you must select "questionResponse"
• In Field Type, you must select "text"

To grant requisition operators access to questionResponse, please follow these steps:

1. Go to "Manage Templates";
2. Select the "Recruiting Management" tab;
3. Click "Job Applicantion";
• Note: If you have multi-stage application feature enabled, the changes must be done on "Job Requisition" Template, not "Job Application". Please refer to KBA 2710855 - How to add or edit a status permission in a Job Requisition Template through Manage Templates - Recruiting Management
4. Select the template you would like to perform the changes;
5. Click "Field Permissions defined. Click to modify.";
6. Click "Add field permission" and configure the field permissions as please.(The above is just an example. Please have the permissions set as it best suits your needs)

Note: In case you don't have Manage Templates for Recruiting enabled, the already defined process for SCR requests will be followed.
