2807782 - Audit CSV Reports - Time stamp of columns not aligning with Last Updated Time

Upon running different Audit Report (CSV), comparing other columns such as Completion or Registration Date to the Last Update Time column are not the same and do not match UI display either.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)

1. Run any Audit CSV report.
2. Last update timestamp shows in admin preference timezone.
3. Other fields appear in UTC timezone.

All data in the database is in Universal Standard Time (UTC) and the Audit CSV Reports are only converting the Last Update Time to the admin preference which is what is seen on the user interface as well; all other columns are not converted.

Currently only timezone conversion on the Last Update Time column is expected behavior and no other column is being converted to the admin's timezone preference.
