2807784 - Errors running SAP Data Services jobs after upgrade

Symptom

SAP Data Services Jobs fail with the following error:

Cannot retrieve <Index List> from the repository. Additional database information: <SQL submitted to ODBC data source < > resulted in error <[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'AL_INDEX'.>. The SQL submitted is <select * from AL_INDEX where TABLEKEY = 4 order by NAME, COLPOSITION asc>.>.

AL_INDEX table gets dropped from the Data Services repositories.
