- Slowness is observed navigating CMC and BI Launchpad. For example, after logging in to BI Launchpad, clicking on Documents tab can take 2 to 5 minutes to display.
- Issue is only happening in one environment (for example QA). Other environments with the same configuration don't have this issue.
