Symptom

  • During a Software Update Manager (SUM) upgrade, the following error is seen in phase MAIN_SHDCRE/EU_IMPORT_ALL:

Severe error(s) occurred in phase MAIN_SHDCRE/EU_IMPORT_ALL!
Last error code set:
Cannot locate 'EUEXPORT.PKG' in path
'/sapmnt/<SID>/global/SUM/abap/tmp/temparch_0012:/sapmnt/<SID>/global/SUM/abap/tmp/temparch_0013:/sapmnt/<SID>/global/SUM/abap/tmp/temparch_0014'
  • It has been checked that EUEXPORT.PKG does not exist in the directory path specified in the error
