• A user without access to Provisioning is the job executor and job creator of a Quartz Job, job type 'Sync ATS Job Posts with RMK System'. How is that possible?
• Several users are listed as the job executors/job creators of this Quartz Job, how is that possible?

This is caused because this job takes into consideration the user who made the changes in RCM. So, whenever a user makes changes in RCM, it will be replicated to RMK with the run of this quartz job.

This is an expected behavior of the system, and this job is not controllable. This job is automatically created by the system when the user does a change to a job requisition that is registered in RMK. That job is to replicate the changes made in Recruiting Management to the job requisition in Recruiting Marketing. This is created by the system, and it takes into consideration the user that made these changes.

This also explains why there are several users listed as the job creators and/or job executors of this job when they don't have access to Provisioning.
