2808359 - Dashboard showing old goal categories

Label of goal categories were changed in the XML from the previous year but the Dashboard showing both new and old categories.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal.

Since the users had goals in old categories, it will still show up in Dashboard since the data is already in database.

This is the expected behavior.
