2808366 - ASE remote procedure calls (RPC) cause the DCO to crash (Segmentation fault )

Symptom

  •  Running RPCs from ASE to DirectConnect for Oracle (DCO) will cause it to crash. 
  • {sybase@a302-1533-0085:196}: line 13: 3703307 Segmentation fault      (core dumped) /app/syb/DCO15/DCO-15_0/connectivity/../bin/dcoracle -SServerName > 
  • ASE Error log shows:
    00:0006:00000:00087:2019/06/24 10:32:45.54 kernel Cannot read, host process disconnected: DCO Name spid 87 
    700:0007:00000:00239:2019/06/24 10:32:55.48 server SENDMESG, spid 239: Msg 7211, Severity 18, State 1
    Can't open a connection to site 'DCO Name' because 'set up channel' message was not acknowledged.
