Candidates are receiving Job Alert email for jobs that they did not apply to.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. As an external candidate, access your account[
2. Create a job alert
3. Apply for a job from this e-mail
4. After that, when you receive the next job alert e-mail, you will see the same job that you have already applied.
5. Try to Apply for the same job again and you will see the message "You have already applied for the job"

 Expected behavior from the system

The purpose of the job alert email is only to offer opportunities that fit the candidate's interests. The system does not check if the candidate has applied or not to a specific job that appears in this email.
