2808381 - EC Standard Report Absence Overviewis not fetching data in Hours

• Absence Overview EC Standard Report is fetching data "in Days".
• Employee has data "in Hours" in Time Off Portlet for specific Time Type but Absence Overview Report is fetching data "In Days".

The Behaviour is expected.
The Standard report is designed to accumulate the Absence in Days and not in Hours.

Although the standard report does not include it, the EmployeeTime object has a field named 'quantityInHours'.
You could customize the Standard Report or build a new report that utilizes the quantityInHours fields instead of the 'quantityInDays' field.
You could also build a new report from scratch.
