2808507 - Satisfaction Survey Language does not default to English

You created a Satisfaction Survey in one language, for example Russian, and translated it to English. Your customers report that the survey opens in Russian and not in English as you expect.

Prerequisite: a Satisfaction Survey ABC (ABC represents the survey name) was created in one language, for example Russian, then translated to English. Your device/ browser settings are in a third language which is neither Russian nor English, for example: German.

1. Logon with any language which is neither Russian nor English, for example: German.
2. Go to the Survey workcenter.
3. Open the Survey ABC.
4. Click Simulate.

Result: the Survey is displayed in Russian.

The default language for Surveys is the language that it is created in; in our example this is Russian. When sending this survey to a customer who uses their device/ browser in a 3rd language, the default language is used to display the survey.

If you wish for your Surveys to default to English, they need to be originally created in English when logged in with English.
