2808863 - Total Compensation - Import button for Executive Review is missing

Executive Review Offline Edit is enabled for the instance, but the import button is not available in your total compensation template

1. Enable Compensation Excel Offline Edit in Admin Center > Compensation > Actions for All Plans > Company Settings > Manage Company Setings > Compensation
   
   
2. Provide Executive Review Read - Compensation for the appropriate role in Manage Permission Roles > Permission Settings > User Permissions > Compensation and Variable Pay

This is expected behavior. Executive Review Excel Offline Edit only applies to standard compensation templates. Total Compensation templates will be unable to import, as they include Variable Pay elements.
