2808869 - Add Learning Activities dialog UI in Performance forms is different from dialog in Development Plan

In Performance forms, when adding a Learning Activity from catalog, the dialog UI is different from the same dialog in Development Plan.

1. Go to Development Plan;
2. Click "Add Learning Activity" for Goals;
3. "Add a Learning Activity" dialog is opened:

7. Open a form > In the Development Goals section, click "Add a Learning Activity";
8. A dialog is opened, with a slightly different UI:

This is the current design of Learning Activities dialog in Performance Management forms.

Engineering team is working on a product enhancement of the Learning Activities dialog UI in Performance forms, to became consistent with the dialog UI in Career Development Plan (PMU-10935).

Although this is an ongoing investigation, we still do not have an estimated time to deliver this product enhancement, and any information on the progress and roadmap of the enhancement release will be communicated in the Release Notes of the product and in this article.
