2808915 - How to create JCO server SAPSLDAPI_<SID> manually

Symptom

You may come across to following error when triggering SLDCHECK and SLDAPICUST from your SAP AS ABAP.

Testing the RFC connection to the SLD java client...
RFC ping returned exception with message:
Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT', communication r

And running a connection test from RFC SAPSLDAPI (From T-code SM59 -> TCP/IP), following is raised.

Error Details ERROR: Transaction program not registered

Environment

SAP Netweaver AS Java 7.50 Support Package 06 and higher.
