• Truncate checkbox in RepTask doesn't commit before trying to insert the loaded data.
• The truncate operation creates a lock in the table,
• After fetching all data from the remote db an insert is tried out,
• Since the table has a lock due to the truncate operation the task never ends.

When running a job which executes a RepTask set with the Replication Behaviour as "Initial load only" and checked with the "Truncate table" checkbox a timeout due to Lock-wait time out exceeded because the truncate didn't commit before trying to insert the new records.
