Symptom

Home page UI changed after proxy, Home page is getting cropped after proxy

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SuccessFactors
  2. Proxy any user using proxy now
  3. Home page UI is shrinked once proxy is done.

Cause

The cause of this issue is below two features are not enabled in provisioning:

  • Enable Fiori Re-styling of Legacy UI Elements
  • Enable Fiori UI Consistency 2016

Resolution

Please reachout to support or contact your implementation partner to enable below features in the provisioning:

  1. Enable Fiori Re-styling of Legacy UI Elements
  2. Enable Fiori UI Consistency 2016
