How to configure time off workflow to trigger based on login user?

The example rule below can be used to trigger workflow based on login user:

• In Configure Business Rules, select Metadata Framework > Rules for MDF Based Objects scenario.
  • Base Object = Employee Time
  • Purpose = Workflow
  • Enter rule name and rule id and click on "continue"
  • 
• Configure the rule as per below logic:
  • 
• Add the rule in the "Save Rules" section of the Employee Time object
  • Go to Configure Object Definitions
  • Search Employee Time > Take Action > Make Correction
  • Proceed to Save Rules and Add the rule
  • Save
