2809652 - Default Locale creating new users on the User Interface

 The Default locale on the Create User is incorrect, how do we change it

It takes the system locale when creating new users

Change the system default

Go to Learning Administration -> References -> Geography -> Locales -> search for the company locale -> set as "Default"
