Symptom
- Users receiving email notifications from an ONB instance which is not being used.
- Notifications needs to be turned off as they're coming from an old ONB instance.
- Not able to turned off notifications coming from a decommissioned instance.
- A partner turned off an ONB account in Provisioning, but users are still receiving email.

Resolution
- Open a Support case with SuccessFactors Product Support to include the notification and instance details.
- A Support Engineer will work with the ONB Operations Team to turn off the notifications.
