2809929 - RSI USER Inactive - SRS

Symptom

  • Replication is not working to the secondary site.
     
  • sap_status_path displays the following msg:
    • RRS Hostname DR Logical host name.
      HADR Status Standby: Inactive Identify the primary and standby sites.
       
  • Primary SRS (PRS) admin who:
    • RSI connecting RRS
       
  • Replicate SRS (RRS) admin who:
    • RSI USER Inactive PRS
       
  • No change after reboot both hosts.
