When accessing Manage Recruiting Posting the following message error is being received:

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. In SuccessFactors instance go to Admin Center.
2. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting
3. You will see the error

A possible cause is that the users are not yet synchronized in Recruiting Posting back office due to:

• A possible misconfiguration
• The user sync did not run yet

It is necessary to wait at least 24 hours to make sure that the user sync ran. If after 24 hours, you still get this error, then you need to submit a ticket to our support team.
