2810012 - How to create a Business rule to check NO_MANAGER value in Supervisor field of job information record - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off

Usually the business requirement is to check whether the user has manager in his job information record and trigger Time Off workflow to manager.

However, in this case the user who's requesting the leave doesn't have manager in job information (NO_MANAGER), so a different workflow need to be triggered.

We can define the business rule as given in the screenshot which will check whether user has value "NO_MANAGER" in job information record (Supervisor field) and triggers the workflow accordingly.
