2810183 - How to Export ID Number from Account Data in Data Workbench

You exported accounts from Data Workbench, but you are unable to find the ID Number in the export file.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Customers work center
2. Select Accounts
3. Search for the account
4. Open the account
5. In tab Overview, section Identification Numbers, you find a field ID Number
6. Go to Data Workbench work center
7. Click on Monitor
8. Select the task of the account export
9. Click on the file to download it
10. The ID Number is not included in the export file

The ID Number belongs to Account Identification. Account Identification is data on second level. If you only export the account, you only export data on first level.

1. Go to Data Workbench work center
2. Click on Export
3. Search for the Account
4. Expand Account
5. Select Account Identification
6. Choose an appropriate filter and then export the data

Note: The same process applies for other objects, not only for the Account object. You need to know if the field is on first, second, or on third level. Then you need to export the data based on the level.
