2810364 - Return code "18" when calling "MODIFY_COMM"

Symptom

During system update using SUM 2.0 SP 05 an error occurred in phase "MAIN_SHDRUN/RUN_RSPTBFIL_TRINIT".

In the phase error log file "RSPTBTRI_PH.ELG", there is the following error message.
