2810696 - My Inbox Forward error - User is not a dialog user: Forwarding is not possible

Symptom

  • Users are experiencing User is not a dialog user: Forwarding is not possible error message (Message no. WL263.) in My Inbox Fiori application when forwarding workitem to another user.

  • Users details are empty on the Forward user search list.
