2810742 - Error 'Action Set as Won not possible; action is disabled' While Uploading Sales Quotes

Symptom

You are uploading Sales Quotes using Data workbench. In the template, you are updating Status as Won by maintaining field 'Set_as_Won' as 'TRUE' and you encounter an error "Action Set as Won not possible; action is disabled".

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Data Workbench workcenter
Click on Import View
Select Individual Object : Sales Quote
Browse and Upload the File
Import the File and Finish

Cause

Currently it is only possible to upload quotes with Status Won if the quotes are consistent and do contain items associated with it.

Resolution

As a work around, add a dummy text item to the quotes and then it will be possible to upload the quotes with Status Won.

To insert a quote text item, use the Object SalesQuoteItem without any product (only description).
