Is it possible to retrieve the offer approvals from closed job requisitions?

It is possible to retrieve offer approvals from closed job requisitions in the following ways:

1. Offers Dashboard: To access an offer approval via Offers Dashboard, it is necessary to re-open the closed job requisition, move the candidate back to whatever status is configured that triggers the Offer Approval.
2. Job Application page: Job requisition operators with the permission can access the 'Take Actions -> Offer -> Offer Approval' option in the job application. To allow this, grant the 'offerApproval' feature permission in the 'Requisition Closed' status.
3. Report: Run a report. Select Offer details column and filter by Application ID.
