Symptom
In "Manage Workflow Email Configuration" tool, when Creating a new configuration, If tries to replace the "Standard Template" for any of the Email Recipients, it continuously loads with no option to select any values.

Resolution
You can check if, in any of these templates created, you are using special characters such as:
- < or >
- </
Those characters are reserved for HTML coding and used by SuccessFactors system. Once you use some of this special characters, system will try to read it as a code and will not load the template properly. Replace it from another character, and templates will load.
