Symptom

When using the Display Production Order Confirmation app, you cannot find the "Details" icon in Display Production Order Confirmation.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Production Order Confirmation app.
  2. Complete the field order with an order.
  3. Choose a Line.
  4. There is no "Details" icon.

Cause

Standard System Behavior.

Resolution

  • Go to Production Order Confirmation app.

  • You must double-click Quantity, Scrap, Unit of measure, type of confirmation or posting date information to see the details.

  • After you double-click the number 1 in the quantity field, the details are displayed.
