What information shall I include when I'm raising a Recruiting Posting ticket?

Please provide if applicable:
- The reference, including the title and posting date of the job requisition
- The name(s) of the job boards(s) involved in the issue
- The exact error message received, accompanied by a screenshot if possible
- Details of any affected user(s)
- Steps to reproduce (The steps have to be in the exact order).
- A phone number where you can be contacted
- Support user access within "Login Depot" section or within the "description content", Company ID and User to Proxy
