  • The reference, including the title and posting date of the job requisition
  • The name(s) of the job boards(s) involved in the issue
  • The exact error message received, accompanied by a screenshot if possible
  • Details of any affected user(s)
  • Steps to reproduce (The steps have to be in the exact order).
  • A phone number where you can be contacted
  • Support user access within "Login Depot" section or within the "description content", Company ID and User to Proxy
