An out-of-locks condition on SAP ASE 160 SP03 PL06 systems results in subsequent login attempts failing with stacktrace errors.
The error in the ASE errorlog is Error 1204 followed by signal 11 errors and stacktraces referencing functions getnext(), attrib_getrow(), pss_init()
On systems running SAP applications, this problem is seen during Imports (data migration/SAP upgrades).
