2811476 - Total Compensation - Variable Pay Program not available when creating Total Compensation Plan from existing templates

When "Copy existing plan template(s)" is selected during creation of a Total Compensation plan, your previous Variable Pay programs are not showing up in the list

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

1. Go to Admin Center > Compensation > Compensation Home
2. Click on +Add new total compensation plan
3. Select Copy existing plan template(s)
4. Click on the dropdown for Variable Pay Plan - the Variable Pay program is not on the list
   

This is caused by the Variable Pay program using Assignment Based Rating, which can be seen by:

1. Selecting the Variable Pay program on the left-hand tab in Compensation Home
2. Clicking on Plan Setup > Settings > Set Bonus Calculation
3. Scroll down to "Individual" > Assignment Based Rating? will have a check mark  
   

Please select a Variable Pay program that does not have Assignment Based Rating enabled. If you want to include a plan that currently has Assignment Based Rating enabled to a new Total Compensation plan, then it's best to speak with an Implementation Partner or Professional Services consultant about changing your process from Assignment Based Rating.
