2811939 - Future Dates Allowed in Previous Employment Background Element of Candidate Profile - Recruiting

Candidates are able to enter a future date in the Previous Employment background element section of their candidate profile.

Future employment dates should be restricted however, the system accepts the entered values without displaying a validation error.

This behavior is expected by system design.

In the Previous Employment background element, the system validates only the chronological relationship between the dates. The Start Date must be earlier than the End Date.

There is no standard validation that prevents candidates from entering future dates in this section.
