2811939 - Previous Employment section allows candidate to enter a future date in Candidate Profile - Recruiting Management

The candidate is able to enter a future date in the Previous Employment background element section of the candidate profile.

This is expected behavior from the system.

The only requirement in the Previous Employment section is that start date should be befored the end date.
