2811941 - Identity Provider could not process SAML2 logout message.RedirectPayload is not signed.

Symptom

SAML 2.0 authentication when using Identity Authentication service (IAS) as the Identity Provider (IdP) fails and errors similar to below are recorded in the Troubleshooting log:
