Symptom
IQ Cockpit server creates a session to IQ server when a user logging in Cockpit server via Browser. But this session may keep a 'ACTIVE' transaction session even after logging out IQ cockpit server from browser. Due to this 'ACTIVE' transaction session, old version cannot be dropped.
The 'ACTIVE' transaction is caused by 'set "chained" on' query sent from IQ cockpit.
