2812831 - Clicking on the [[FEEDBACK_REQUEST_LINK]] opens on the Home Page - Continuous Performance Management

In the Feedback Request notification, when a user clicks on the [[FEEDBACK_REQUEST_LINK]] it opens on the Home Page.

In the Continuous Feedback Request Notification, the token [[FEEDBACK_REQUEST_LINK]] is embedded in the email body:

The Continuous Feedback Request Notification is received when a user requests feedback from another user:

When the user clicks on the link above, this opens on the Home Page and the user has to select the Provide Feedback tile to respond to the request:

This is the expected behavior of the system.

• The [[FEEDBACK_REQUEST_LINK]] token will not allow for navigation to the Continuous Performance Management page.
• It is the expected behavior that the link will address to the Home Page where the user can select the "Provide Feedback" tile and respond to the feedback request.
