2812999 - Upgrade Dependency Analyzer in Maintenance Planner shows message: Unable to calculate upgrade dependencies

Symptom

  • While planning for a system in Maintenance Planner (MP), the end of the Download Files screen has been reached
  • Utilities -> Check Upgrade Dependencies option is selected to check if other systems will need to be upgraded as well

  • The following message is shown once the option is selected or just after selecting a system:
Unable to calculate upgrade dependencies. There are no dependency statements maintained for the selected software in the Upgrade Dependency Analyzer database
