2813009 - Data does not load when reopening the story based on Live Data Connection to S/4HANA on premise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Data does not load when reopening the story based on a Live Data Connection to S/4HANA on premise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Chrome console shows the following message:

Cross-Origin Read Blocking (CORB) blocked cross-origin response
https://<hostname>:44300/sapxxxxx.../bw/ina/BatchProcessing?xxxxx for more details

Something went wrong when updating the quick action: TypeError: Cannot read property 'onFilterButtonMouseOver' of undefined

Cannot read property 'getDataRegion' of undefined

In the Chrome developer tools (DevTools) network trace, the following error also occurs:

403 Forbidden 
Service cannot be reached

• SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP S/4HANA on-premise 1809

1. Create a Live Data Connection to S/4HANA on-premise
2. Create a model based on the above Live Connection
3. Create a new story based on the above model. 
4. Refresh the story and the data is returned
5. Save the story
6. Open the above story, and the data does not load.  It does not prompt for the crendentials of S/4HANA system
7. Click Refresh the story button, and it returns the error [Applcation Error]:Cannot read property 'getDataRegion' of undefined
8. The issue seems to start occurring after the update to Wave 2019.8. All stories based on Live Connection to S/4HANA on-premise face the issue

The BatchProcessing service is not active (/sap/bw/ina/BatchProcessing)

Activate the BatchProcessing web service in transaction SICF via the following path:

/sap/bw/ina/BatchProcessing
