2813050 - BR1336E Creating database owner SAPSR3SHD failed

Symptom

In the middle of an upgrade, SUM stopped in the PREP_INSTALL/SHDINST_DB_PREP phase with the following message:

The following entry can be fouundin the log file SHDUSRCRE.LOG

EXECUTING /usr/sap/TST/SUM/abap/exe/brconnect -u -c -f crown -o SAPSR3SHD -p <HIDDEN> -RDBBR0801I BRCONNECT 7.40 (34)
BR0280I BRCONNECT time stamp: 2018-07-25 06:35:42
BR0262I Enter database user name[/password]:
BR1334E Owner SAPSR3SHD already exists in database
BR0182E Checking parameter/option '-o|-owner' failed
BR1336E Creating database owner SAPSR3SHD failed


Following error or similar may record in SHDUSRCRE.SAV file (below information may only occur in brtools trace level 15):

BR0301E SQL error -1950 at location password_change-18, SQL statement:
'INSERT INTO "OPS$XXXXXX".SAPUSER (USERID, PASSWD) VALUES ('SAPSR3SHD-CRYPT', '********************************************************')'
ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace 'SYSTEM'

With this log information, you will find exactly involved OPS$ user is, and the exactly error why SAPSR3SHD creation failed.
