2813089 - Replication mode/status is UNKNOWN in MDC scenario

Symptom

You find one or several tenants replication mode/status shows as "UNKNOWN". Others already in synced.

In indexserver trace, you see below errors:

"Listener cannot be started, because port xxxxx is already in use!"
"In general the port range 40600-40699 must not be used by any other process when system replication is turned on!"
"Error address in use: $msg$, rc=98: Address already in use. NetworkChannelBase::bindLocal. bind failed"

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
