2813384 - Dump in ST22 shows "ET_LOCKED_ENTRY_POINT" does not exist

After upgrading Solution Manager SP release you see this dump in ST22:

What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "CL_DIR_CONSISTENCY_CONSUMER===CP" had to be
terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
In include "CL_ALRT_CFG_CONTROLLER========CM00H ", in line 13 of program
"CL_ALRT_CFG_CONTROLLER========CP ", the following syntax errors
have occurred:
Formal parameter "ET_LOCKED_ENTRY_POINT" does not exist. However, the
parameter "IT_ENTRY_POINT" has a similar name.
